We’ve seen a number of modifications on the regular set of cars such as the Mahindra Thar, Nissan Terrano, Maruti Suzuki S-Cross, Renault Duster and even a Tata Nano. How many modified supercars have you seen though? Not many we guess, but with the growing trend of visual changes and engine upgrades of these beasts among owners, you might get too see one sprinting ahead of your vehicle soon. As you wait for that to happen, we get you a list of some of such modified supercars located across the country:
Novitec tuned 780hp Ferrari 488 GTB:
The list begins with this Novitec tuned Ferrari 488 GTB from Bengaluru, fondly known as the 488 XX or RS780. It features a shade of Giallo Modena (Yellow in layman terms) and a contrasting Nero (gloss black) roof. The model features carbon fiber trims all over the body, which include a front lip spoiler, front laps, side panel, taillight covers, sidewall air guide, rear air outlet, mirror cover and a triangle cover for the side window. Also seen are the Capristo exhausts, a black strip running the length of the car, ADV.1 rims, and the Novitec tuned engine. This monstrous engine is now capable of producing a power output of 780 hp. The owner seems to have taken inspiration from the Mansory tuned 488 GTB, A.K.A. the 4XX Siracusa.
Lamborghini Huracan SRT-610:
Up next is a bull that has come to the financial capital of the country all the way from its hometown in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy. Sporting a shade of Orancio Borealis (read Orange), modifications on this Lamborghini Huracan include carbon fiber parts such as a carbon fiber hood, carbon fiber lip, carbon fiber side sills, carbon fiber mirror caps, a carbon fiber spoiler, and ADV.1 rims. Engine specifications remain unclear although it is likely to be factory tuned.
Litchfield tuned 750hp Nissan GT-R:
Here is one Godzilla that everyone down south is familiar with. This Litchfield tuned Nissan GT-R from Tirunelveli, has seen a number of modifications since the time it has arrived on Indian shores. Apart from the various vinyl wraps and stickers which also included a Kabali theme, this GT-R which shares the garage with an Audi R8 comes with a stage 5 Litchfield tuning that takes the power output to a whooping 750 hp. Also seen on the supercar is a Milltek full exhaust system.
Mansory tuned 730hp Mercedes AMG GT-S with Prior Design kit:
How can we leave the Germans behind? Here is a modified Mercedes AMG GT-S in shade of Solarbeam Yellow all the way from Delhi. Aesthetic modifications include a Prior Design kit that includes a wide body kit with a front splitter, custom bonnet with vents, bumper mounted cup-wings, side skirts, fender scoops, a rear diffuser, a trunk spoiler and cup-wings on the rear bumper. The Mansory tuned engine now produces 227 hp more than the stock power output, taking it to a total of crazy 730 hp.
