New Honda Activa 5G Details And Features
The upcoming Honda Activa 5G that was showcased at the Auto Expo 2018 came with a host of updates such as all LED lighting at the front (LED headlamp and pilot lamp), a chrome garnish for the front and a metal muffler protector. The deluxe variant of the Activa 5G receives a digital-analogue instrument cluster with and ECO speed indicator and service due indicator. Also on offer will be a 4-in-1-lock with a retractable hook and a seat opener switch. Upon launch, the model will also be offered in two new colour options including Dazzle Yellow Metallic and Pearl Spartan Red.
New Honda Activa 5G Engine And Performance
The new Honda Activa 5G will source power from the same 109cc single cylinder, air cooled motor. This engine will be capable of producing a maximum power output of 8 bhp at 7500 rpm and 9 Nm of peak torque at 5500 rpm. Since there are no changes to the engine, expect the same fuel economy as that of the outgoing model. Once launched in India, the Honda Activa 5G will rival the TVS Jupiter,
