The next gen 2015 Hyundai i20 is likely to make its public debut at the Paris Motor Show 2014 and could be launched in India around mid 2015. The next gen i20 would feature an evolution of the fluidic design sculpture and the car would look much more in line with the latest crop of Hyundai models. The engine options for the next gen car would be carried over from the current generation, which means the car gets a 1.2-litre petrol and a 1.4-litre diesel engine. However, safely expect these motors to get a re-tune for their future application. Also, it is being said that the next generation of i20 supermini would be more spacious than the current car. The only other detail we know of is that the car’s dashboard would look much like that of the current Elantra, which, we feel, is a good news.
The new 2015 Hyundai i20 has already been spotted in India on around nine occasions this year, with most of the sightings happening in February, followed by just one of them in March.
