Honda is preparing itself for the big day that all motoring aficionados, especially the motorcycle touring enthusiasts, have been long awaiting. So what exactly is going to happen on August 4, 2015? As reported earlier, Honda will bring its much anticipated touring segment motorcycle, the CBR650F to the Indian market. Touted to be the ace rival for the much successful Kawasaki Ninja 650 and the recently arrived Benelli TNT600 GT, the Honda CBR650F will be assembled in India with a localisation content of 5 percent.
The official website for the Revfest is already LIVE and Honda has displayed the CBR650F in the backdrop thus confirming that the touring motorcycle will be launched on August 4, 2015. What remains to be seen is that will Honda also introduce its entry level performance motorcycles, the CBR300R (successor to the CBR250R) and the CB300F for the Indian market.

The CBR250R’s arch rival, the Ninja 250R received a major update in the form of Ninja 300 and it’s about time that Honda should also up its game. Honda has promoted the event with the tag line “The ramp, the stage and the racetrack become one” and we really hope to see more products making way into the Indian motorcycle market at the Revfest.

Nice.. But I am waiting for the CBR500R. In February 2014 auto expo, Honda showed the CBR500R. Am waiting for 2 years and am still waiting for that bike. I love that bike as I love my mother. If they launch it on August 4, I’ll be the only happiest man in the world.
