Finally, KTM RC 390 lovers can rejoice ! According to the KTM RC390-India Facebook Page, the KTM RC 390 India launch is slated to happen on September 9th. Reports suggest that official bookings are yet to commence.

As already known, the KTM RC 390 is the faired sibling of the Duke 390. The RC 390 gets a fairing-mounted windshield, clip-on handlebars and split seats. The fairing houses a set of twin projector headlamps seen here in the images, with daytime running lights (DRL). It is also being said that the bike will get a shorter travelling suspension for a more track oriented performance and a fuel tank with 1 liter less capacity than its naked sibling.

Powering the KTM RC 390 will be the same motor from the Duke 390 and will churn out around 45 PS of max power and 35 Nm of peak torque. The engine will come mated to a 6 speed gearbox. The bike tips the scales at 147 kg.
