While the Bajaj Pulsar 200 SS launch date isn’t out yet, the emergence of these spy shots means that the bike is really close to the launch. We won’t really be surprised if some dealerships have already commenced the ‘unofficial’ bookings of the upcoming model and while the Bajaj Puslar 200 SS Price will be declared only at the time of its launch, it doesn’t take a genius to guess that the 200 SS would be priced only a little higher than the 200 NS. As can be made out from the images we have here, the Bajaj Pulsar 200 SS looks much like the SS 400 concept that we saw at the Auto Expo 2014 earlier this year. These images that we have here reveal that the Bajaj Pulsar 200 SS gets a full front fairing that houses twin projector headlamps, clip on handlebars, twin seat arragement, LED taillamps, and many new panels. Bits like the digital speedo console and the rear mono suspension have been carried over from the 200 NS.

As per the source of the images of the un-camouflaged bike you see here, the upcoming Bajaj Pulsar 200 SS is powered by the same 200cc single cylinder carb. engine that powers the 200NS. Much like the 200NS, the 200 SS’s engine will come mated to a six speed manual gearbox. Power figure remains unchanged, with the motor belting out a healthy 23bhp.  There are good chances that the bike will have slightly higher torque figure. Ergonomically, the bike seems to offer a tourer-friendly riding stance. It is expected to come with an optional ABS.
