Bajaj Auto is back with the second part of its campaign of the Dominar 400, known as ‘Haathi Mat Palo’. Taking a dig at one of its rivals, the brand highlights a few features of the Dominar 400 such as the braking capability with the help of the dual channel ABS and its torque during a steep incline.
The second part of the campaign features three new videos, each showing one capability as compared to the Haathi (elephant), which encounters issues during the same conditions. The first video showcases the braking power of the Dominar 400 which comes equipped with ABS while the second video hints at the cold start issues with its rival brand’s motorcycle. The third video reveals that the Dominar 400 has sufficient torque when moving on a steep incline, as opposed to the other brand which has to go down hill and start again.
Recently, Bajaj launched the 2018 Dominar 400 which received a few updates in the form of new paint jobs and golden coloured alloy wheels. The model continues to source power from the 373cc liquid cooled, fuel injected, triple spark DTS-i, single cylinder engine that produces 35 hp and 35 Nm of torque. This engine comes paired to a six speed gearbox. Features on the Dominar 400 include all LED lighting, fully digital yet split instrument console, ABS and a slipper clutch. Prices for the Bajaj Dominar 400 start at INR 1.42 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
