Ducati is a brand synonymous to art, they make bikes which not only go fast but look a million bucks when they are slow enough for you to see. Moving over the L-Twin cylinder arrangement Ducati has now adopted the V4 engine style. Next to join their V4 line up is new for 2019 Panigale V4R. This bike is powered by a 999 cc engine which is smaller than the other V4 models which use an 1100 cc block but this bike is made to be more extreme on the track. It gets winglets to help air flow better across the bike and a bunch of other electronics which we shall talk about below.
As mentioned above, the bike uses a 999 cc V4 engine which is tuned to generate a power output of 221 bhp, now that is a huge number for something that weighs a mere 172 kg. However, if 221 horses are not enough for you, Ducati will provide you with an optional racing kit. The Racing kit essentially is a diet plan for the bike, a lighter Akrapovic exhaust system is used and other bits like mirrors and numberplate hangers are removed to give you a power output of 234 bhp and the weight drops down to 165 kg.

To prevent all that power from killing you, you get a load of electronic aids. As standard you get Bosch cornering ABS EVO, Ducati traction control EVO, Ducati slide control, Ducati wheelie control EVO, Ducati power launch, Ducati quick shift up/down EVO, Engine brake control EVO. Another highlight of this Italian monster is the aerodynamic package the bike comes with, various fins and winglets present on the body help the bike in different ways. Fins on the side fairing help with heat extraction while the winglets provide downforce, as much as 30 kg at 270 kmph.
