Today, Mahindra announced the launch of an all-new, entry-level W3 Variant for its popular SUV, the XUV500. The XUV500 is a full-sized, premium SUV offering from Mahindra. The W3 variant is now available at all Mahindra dealerships, across India. The new base variant is priced at Rs 12.23 lakhs (ex-showroom, Mumbai).
The W3 variant is equipped with many features such as a head-turning and sleek, cheetah-inspired design, a 2.2-litre mHawk engine which produces 155 HP and 360 Nm of torque, fitted with the 6th Generation eVGT (Electronically Controlled Variable Geometry Turbocharger), a 6-speed manual transmission, a set of projector headlamps, Jacquard fabric upholstery, dual-front airbags, ABS with EBD, disc-brakes on all 4-wheels, an electrically operated dual-HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning) system, a pair of power-adjustable ORVMs (Outer Rear View Mirrors) and an engine immobilizer.
