Volkswagen strengthened its after-sales service reach in Kolkata with the inauguration of its new service centre in the city. The new service centre is set up by OSL Exclusive Pvt. Ltd. and spearheaded by Charchit Mishra, Dealer Principal, Volkswagen Kolkata. The new service centre hosts 26- service bays and is situated at 36A Topsia Road (G J Khan Road) Kolkata – 700039. The new facility is fully equipped with accidental repair, paint and body shop.
To further enhance customer experience, OSL service centre is equipped with the express service facility from Volkswagen.
With the recent launch of Made-for-India and Made-in-India carline Ameo, Volkswagen aims at reiterating its commitment to the Indian market and is planning to further enhance its strong position in the region with delightful customer experience. Additionally, Volkswagen is offering specifically designed Volkswagen Care Plus and Volkswagen Care packages for the Ameo customers. Volkswagen currently offers the Polo, Vento, Jetta, Beetle and Ameo in India.
