If you’ve been one following our website in the recent past, you might recollect Automobili Lamborghini teasing their new SUV, the Urus. For those of you who missed it, the Italian marquee shared two teaser videos, revealing the Sabbia (sand) drive mode and the Neve (snow) drive mode.
Now, the company has teased the third and the last new drive mode of their first SUV since the LM002, known as the Terra (land) drive mode. The other drive modes apart from the three new modes include Strada, Sport and Corsa. The drive modes can be changed with the help of the ANIMA (Adaptive Network Intelligence Management) toggle switch.
Coming back to the video, the Urus test mule switches to the Terra drive mode following which it goes for a small off-roading session. The teaser video also reveals a bit of the instrument cluster, which features a tachometer, speedometer, gear indicator as well as the incline of the model.
At the heart of the Urus would be a 4.0-litre twin turbocharged engine that produce a power output in excess of 600 PS and 800 Nm of torque. Transmission duties would be taken care of by a dual clutch automatic unit that would send power to all four wheels via an all wheel drive system. With the unveiling of the Urus less than a month away, more details could surface soon. Stay tuned for updates.
