As the launch of the Toyota Innova Crysta comes closer, more and more details of the MPV are coming up. We had earlier brought to you the news that the Innova Crysta was scheduled for a launch on May 3rd even as its engine specifications were leaked. Now spy images reveal the features of the top end variant of the Innova Crysta.
Some features that are given away with the help of this spy image include 7 airbags, apart from stability control and hill start assist for the safety aspect. Other features include LED projector headlamps, climate control with rear auto ac, 1 touch tumble and space up rear seats, easy slide front passenger seat, eco and power drive modes and a back door easy closer.
Also on offer will be a 6 speed automatic transmission with sequential shift, a 7 inch touch-screen system with navigation, an 8 way adjustable driver seat, ambient illumination and smart entry with a push smart button. All these features will be limited to the top end trim of the Innova Crysta.

Powering the Innova Crysta will be two diesel mills with a displacement of 2.4 litre and 2.8 litre. The former turbocharged GD family engine is said to produce 149 PS and 343 Nm of torque while the latter will produce 174 PS of power and 360 Nm of torque. Transmission duties will be taken care of by a 5 speed manual transmission while a 6 speed automatic gearbox will also be available as an option.
Bookings for the Innova Crysta have already begun for an amount of Rs. 50,000 whereas deliveries are set to begin from the 13th of May. The rival to the likes of the Renault Lodgy is expected to come with a price tag in the range of Rs. 20-25 lakh.
