Tata Tiago And Tigor Receive New Colour Options

Tata Motors has received a good response for their fairly new products including the Tiago and the Tigor. The company has changed a few colour options for the hatchback as well as the compact sedan by discontinuing one option and adding a new one as well.

The Tiago and the Tigor by Tata Motors will no longer be available in the ‘Striker Blue’ paint job, which is said to have been discontinued due to poor response. Instead, both the models will now be available in a new paintjob which will be known as Titanium Grey. The new colour option though, will not be available with the XB and XE variant for the Tiago and the XE variant for the Tigor.

Save for the change in the colour options, the specifications of the Tata Tiago and the Tigor remain the same. Both the model are available with the 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine and the 1.05-litre Revotorq diesel engine. The former is capable of producing 85 PS at 6000 rpm and 114 Nm of torque at 3500 rpm while the latter produces 70 PS at 4000 rpm and 140 Nm of torque between 1800-3000 rpm. Transmission duties are handled by a five speed manual unit as standard on both the models while an AMT gearbox is available as an option on the petrol variants.
