Just like M.S. Dhoni, it looks like his on-screen nemesis is quite the auto buff. Actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who played the role of the ex-Team India captain in the blockbuster biopic “M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story”, announced his latest possession on four wheels – a brand new Maserati Quattroporte.
Rajput, 31 years old, showed off his blue Maserati with an inspirational tagline that said “I’ve been playing with the miniature model of this car since I was a kid. It was about time to own the beast. Who’s up for a drive.??”
The Maserati Quttroporte is the quintessential Italian sports saloon. With sultry looks that only Italians do the best, the Quattroporte is arguably the best looking saloon car on sale today. The luxurious interiors of the Quattroporte feature premium Italian leathers, fine woods, handcrafted stitching, and the very latest in high-tech instrumentation.
The Quattroporte comes with a choice of three engines: the 410 HP 3-litre Twin Turbo V6 and the 530 HP 3.8 litre Twin Turbo V8 petrol units. In addition there is a 3-litre V6 turbo diesel that produces 275 HP. We reckon the actor’s Quattroporte employs the diesel heart. Ex-showroom prices for the diesel model start at INR 1.5 Crore.
