  1. You sure can bet that this engine will outlast and outrun your ‘lightweight’ KTM 390.. This is for the more mature ‘racers’ and not for the ‘toy boys’. Atleast this is something different from their ‘standard’ bike they have been dishing out year after year.

And there are many fans for the retro Cafe Racer riding style and we Indians can be proud of the fact that the British and other European countries love this bike !

  2. Bike falls in the category of na ghar ka na ghat ka.

Bulleteers used to the typical Enfield riding position will hate this riding position, it’s not what they look for in a bike.

Non bulleteers will look down on it with jeering contempt as they’d rather buy something that is reliable and picks up faster, even with half the displacement. Seriously, with that kind of money why would you not buy a KTM 390, especially if you intend to ride single seat anyways?

Even with the “CLAIMED” bump in bhp, how fast revving can this long stroke antique pushrod engine be? Frankly, with this sort of engine, RE should not be making “racers”.
