QJMotor sparks excitement in India, by announcing price reductions up to Rs 40,000 across majority of its lineup
The Unveiling of Price Adjustments
QJMotor has strategically implemented price revisions, affecting almost all models in its Indian lineup. The most significant reduction, amounting to Rs 40,000, has been applied to the SRC 500, SRC 250, and SRV 300. However, it’s crucial to note that the SRK 400 retains its original pricing.
SRC 250
The smallest offering from QJMotor, the SRC 250, nowhas a more attractive price tag, witnessing a substantial Rs 31,000 reduction. Priced at Rs 1.79 lakh, this twin-cylinder retro machine positions itself competitively against the top variants of the popular Royal Enfield Hunter 350.
SRC 500 and SRV 300
The SRC 500 and SRV 300 have undergone a notable Rs 40,000 price cut, positioning them at Rs 2.39 lakh and Rs 3.19 lakh, respectively. With these adjustments, the SRC 500 aligns itself closely with the Royal Enfield Meteor, while the SRV 300 competes with the alloy wheel variant of the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650.
Uniformity in Color Options
An interesting shift in QJMotor’s strategy is the introduction of uniform pricing across all color options for its Indian lineup. This marks a departure from the earlier practice of certain colors commanding a premium. Now, customers have the freedom to choose their preferred color without affecting the overall cost.
SRK 400 to Cost the same
Contrary to the sweeping changes in other models, the SRK 400 retains its original price tag of Rs 3.69 lakh. This places it in a higher price bracket compared to the segment benchmark, the KTM 390 Duke, which is priced at Rs 3.11 lakh.
