Pink Floyd Drummer buys the Suzuki Bandit

Pink Floyd Drummer, Nick Mason has recently taken delivery of a Suzuki Bandit 650S, saying that he has chosen the specific Suzuki model for his daily commute into London and shares the bike with his wife, Annette, who uses it for commuting and weekend rides too.

Mason, an original member of the iconic 60’s rock group, owns a multi- million pound collection of supercars and two wheelers which include an old Honda VF500E with a pink custom paint job and a Classic MV Agusta 850S. Talking about the Bandit, Mason said, “I’ve had many bikes over the years including some big adventure models, but for beating London congestion the Bandit’s proved to be perfect. It’s agile enough to cut through traffic and has more than enough power when you leave town. With its fairing offering added weather protection, it’s been great when the weather hans’t too.” Mason is also known for competing in auto racing events, such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans and is also a qualified pilot who flies an Aerospatiale AS 350 helicopter.

  1. SG Petch Nissan

Watched the local news last week and saw the report about the last Micra being made at Sunderland. Exciting times ahead for the Nissan plant making the Juke. A very unconventional looking car that will certainly turn heads…………….
