Petronas TVS Racing Win 2022 Supercross

PETRONAS TVS Racing – India’s first factory racing team – has ended the 2022 Indian National Supercross Championship in a dramatic fashion, bringing home the winning title with a phenomenal average of 80% race wins to date. The last round of the championship was also won by India’s first factory racing team, ‘PETRONAS TVS,’ who won all four categories.

Titles

Rugved Barguje won the Group A Foreign Open class up to 500 cc category overall in the championship astride TR 300X, while veteran and renowned racer C D Jinan finished in second place.

Imran Pasha won the Group C Indian Experts up to 260 cc class overall, riding the TR 200X based on the RTR 200. Riders who are young and promising- Ikshan Shanbhag and Prajwal V also had an outstanding run in this round.

Banteilang Jyrwa won the Group C Novice up to 260 cc category title on his TR 200X based on the RTR 200 in the 2022 season.

Sachin D won the Local Bangalore riders class riding TR 200X based on RTR 200

PETRONAS TVS Racing pulled off an electrifying clean sweep in the final round The factory racing team won all four categories and participated in the final round of the 2022 SX National Championship With this, the factory racing team has achieved a 100% win rate winning 3 out of 3 championships participated this year with top-notch and consistent performance in all 6 rounds this year, the team won 12 of the 13 podium (Top 3) positions available in the final round.
