A couple of days back we got our hands on the leaked brochure images of the 2012 Mercedes Benz CLS. Going by the history of such ‘leaked’ images of Mercedes Benz vehicles, we knew that the official images of the new CLS were just around the corner and viola, what we are here now are just that! While the rest of the automakers are finally getting their act together and launching a four-door coupé like the Audi A7, Hyundai Sonata YF and the upcoming BMW Gran Coupé, Mercedes Benz is already ready with the second iteration of the vehicle that started this new design revolution way back in the 2004.
This stunning beauty will be unveiled in flesh to the lucky visitors of the upcoming 2010 Paris Motor Show where it is sure to drop jaws. We would even like to see the CLS at the Designer’s meet on the eve of the Paris Motor Show for this car does look breathtakingly beautiful. The most striking design element is the all-LED 71-bulb design headlight cluster, turn blinkers, DRLs and taillights is far more stylish than the concept-like all-LED design on the new Audi A8. The stylish touch is carried over inside the car too with the new three spoke steering wheel, dashboard and gear selector layout inspired by the new S-class and the luxurious, sporty and elegant seating.
Mercedes Benz will release further details like engine options, price tags and customisation levels when the car is displayed in all its glory at the 2010 Paris Motor Show.
