A sunroof on a sub-4-metre SUV usually means moving to a higher variant and spending more money. Mahindra has now changed that equation for the XUV 3XO. The company has added two new REVX variants, giving buyers more equipment at prices starting below Rs 10 lakh.
The new XUV 3XO REVX EDGE starts at Rs 9.39 lakh, ex-showroom. The REVX EDGE (O) starts at Rs 9.89 lakh and gets a panoramic sunroof. Mahindra has also added a petrol automatic to the REVX M(O) at Rs 9.99 lakh.

What Does the REVX EDGE Get?
The new REVX EDGE gets several features that make the cabin better equipped than the lower REVX trims.
- Seats: Black leatherette upholstery
- Infotainment: 26.03 cm HD touchscreen
- Connectivity: Wireless Android Auto and wired Apple CarPlay
- Audio: Four speakers with steering-mounted controls
- Comfort: Rear AC vents and rear armrest with cup holders
- Driver seat: Height adjustment
- Convenience: Cruise control and rear-view camera
- Charging: Front Type-A and Type-C ports, plus rear Type-C charging
- Rear seats: 60:40 split-folding setup
On the outside, the SUV gets a dual-tone roof, body-coloured grille, black wheel covers, bi-halogen projector headlamps, LED signature lamps and LED tail lamps.
EDGE (O) Gets More Equipment
The REVX EDGE (O) costs Rs 50,000 more than the petrol-manual EDGE. Its main addition is the panoramic sunroof. It also gets a few useful features for daily use.
These include roof rails, electrically folding ORVMs, passive keyless entry, push-button start, automatic headlamps and automatic wipers.
Engine and Gearbox Choices
The new REVX EDGE range uses Mahindra’s 1.2-litre mStallion TCMPFi turbo-petrol engine and 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine.
The petrol engine can be paired with a manual or automatic gearbox. The diesel engine is offered with a manual gearbox on the EDGE and EDGE (O), while the EDGE (O) also gets an AMT option.
The new REVX M(O) petrol automatic costs Rs 9.99 lakh. This gives buyers another XUV 3XO automatic option below the Rs 10 lakh mark.
Safety Features
Mahindra says both EDGE variants come with 35 standard safety features.

XUV 3XO Sales Cross 2.5 Lakh
Mahindra has also announced that the XUV 3XO has crossed 2.5 lakh sales in under 2.5 years. According to the company, it is the fastest Mahindra SUV to reach this figure.
With the new REVX EDGE variants, the XUV 3XO range now has more combinations of features, engines and gearboxes. The panoramic sunroof at Rs 9.89 lakh and petrol automatic at Rs 9.99 lakh are the two notable additions to the range.
