Only yesterday, we posted first-ever spy pics of the upcoming Maruti Alto K10 facelift. (CLICK HERE for our earlier story). These earlier images showed the car’s front and side section and revealed that the upcoming model’s design and styling would borrow heavily from the Maruti Alt0 800 and the Maruti Celerio.

Now, what we have with us here today are a couple of new Maruti Alto K10 facelift images that show the car’s rear section. Check them out-
Thanks to all these images, it is now pretty much evident that with the introduction of the upcoming Maruti Alto K10 facelift, the Maruti small hatchback trio of Celerio, Alto 800 and Alto K10 would have a family look.
Here are some differences between the upcoming model and the Maruti Alto 800-
- Different tail-lamp cluster
- Slightly different rear door
- Different number plate housing
- Revised rear bumper
- 13 inch wheels shod with 155 section tires
The 2014 Alto K10 Facelift is expected to come with some mechanical changes that could include a re-tuned suspension and a more linear torque curve for the engine.
The Maruti Alto K10 facelift launch could happen around this year’s festive season and we won’t be too surprised if the Alto K10, akin to the slightly more premium Celerio, is launched with an AMT (automated manual transmission.
