German car maker Mercedes-Benz has launched the new 2014 CLS 350. The car has been priced at INR 89.9 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The new 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLS 350 runs on new 15-spoke 18-inch alloy wheels. The car gets LED taillights at the back. Also on offer is a new silver diamond color on this 2014 edition CLS 350. On the interior front, the CLS 350 special edition has been equipped with Harman Kardon Logic 7 surround sound system that consists of 14 high-performance speakers, including a subwoofer and a 9-channel DSP amplifier. For mood lighting lovers, the car gets three themes that can be set to Neutral, Solar or Polar modes.
Powering the new 2014 CLS 350 is a 3498cc V6 petrol mill that generates 370 Nm of peak torque. The company claims the car dismisses the 0-100kph mark in a scant 6.1 seconds and keeps accelerating to its electronically limited top speed of 250 kph. The car has been equipped with Mercedes’ AIRMATIC suspension, which allows for adjustment of ground clearance to save its underbelly from that large bump in your neighbourhood . Other bells and whistles on the car include, Active Park Assist, reversing camera, parking sensors, and a sliding sunroof.

The 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLS 350 will lock horns with the Audi A7 and the 6-Series Beemer. Although the Merc CLS 350 has a coupe-like stance, it loses out to its competitors due to the lack of diesel motor.
