Dealers have already started communicating with the owners, and the relevant part will be replaced free of cost.  If you’re amongst those who has the Ciaz (manual transmission) sitting pretty in your garage, you can check the company’s website www.marutisuzuki.com to ascertain if your Ciaz is among the above mentioned vehicles. Else, contact your nearest dealership at the earliest.

To do that, you are requested to fill in the chassis number (MA3 followed by 14 digit alpha-numeric number) on the computer screen. The chassis number is embossed on the vehicle ID plate and is also in the vehicle invoice / registration documents.
