Fiat Linea facelift price in India starts at INR 6.99 lakhs (Ex-showroom, Delhi) for the base petrol variant. The bookings for the new model are already underway, for a booking fee of INR 25,000. The new Fiat Linea facelift India launch follows that of the Fiat Linea Classic, which is nothing but a stripped down version of the pre-facelift model.

The new Fiat Linea facelift has gone on sale with three engine options- 1.3 MJD turbo diesel, 1.4 FIRE normally aspirated petrol and 1.4 T-Jet turbo petrol. The normally aspirated 1.4 ltr petrol engine is available only in entry level Linea Active petrol variant.

Fiat Linea facelift vs Fiat Linea Classic
As we said earlier, the Linea Classic is basically a stripped down version of the pre-facelift model and comes with less powerful engines. While the petrol variant of the Linea facelift gets the turbocharged 1.4 litre T-Jet petrol engine, the unleaded-sipping variant of the Linea Classic is powered by a normally aspirated 1.4 litre FIRE petrol engine. Also, while the diesel variants of both the cars are powered by 1.3 litre Multijet diesel engine, the Linea facelift’s motor benefits from a Variable Geometry Turbo and hence, more power on being compared to a the Fixed Geometry Turbo equipped oil burner of Linea Classic.
Visual updates for the Fiat Linea facelift include a new front grille, a new set of fog lamps and a new set of bumpers. The updated Linea also gets a new trunk-lid, which houses the rear license plate. On the inside, the car comes with a new two tone dashboard and a longer list of features. The new Fiat Linea facelift is available in two colours- Sunbeam Gold and Brilliant Magnesium Grey
