New age Indians want their drivers and chauffeurs to have class and offer quality services and this is exactly what the Institute of Chauffeur Services has been set up for . Alam Khan, Head of the Mumbai based institute talked about the objectives of this venture. The institute has been set up by investment from banker Amin Merchant. The institute is relevant as there is a fast growing need of quality chauffeurs. Affluent class in the country’s business capital Mumbai is hoping to having drivers that match their sophisticated luxury vehicles.
The institute was introduced seven months ago and it’s success can be gauged by the fact that they have trained over 600 drivers and has plans of opening branches in many other cities of India. They are also planning of offering a program to train lady chauffeurs. Chauffeurs are not only taught personal hygiene but also anger management and manners.
