We reported in detail when the Nissan Micra facelift was spotted without any camouflage in Thailand. We also posted when the updated Micra’s TVC was published on the tube. Now, what we have here today are the first live shots of the 2014 Nissan Micra facelift.
The Nissan Micra facelift comes with a comprehensively updated front end that does away with the pre-facelift’s “dolly car” appearance. While the girlish front end has been shown the door, Nissan has added a ‘Sweet Pink’ exterior paint option to keep the female fans happy.
The revised front fascia gets a wide front grille, new air dam, new fog lamps and of course, a new bumper to accommodate all the new bits. At the rear, the car gets LEDs and a new motif for the tail lamp cluster. No changes have been made in the profile of the car.
On the inside, the car comes with an updated centre console that is finished in a glossy black with silver accents and amber backlight for the display. The car gets rectangular air-con vents at the centre and the instrument panel too has been revised.
The car continues to be powered by a 1.2-litre HRD12E petrol engine and the 1.5 litre K9K diesel engine too is likely to remain untouched in the markets which have the diesel variant on sale.
