The Veloster Turbo R Spec, created by Blood Type Racing (BTR) is an evil twin of the standard Veloster. To begin with, the sinister looking carbon black paint with a red racing stripe makes this modded Veloster look decidedly cool. The looks get more wicked with the wide body carbon fibre kit, rear deck spoiler and a front splitter. The modifications made to the 1.6 litre engine include a high boost turbo charger from Garrett, a retuned OEM ECU, BTR added new cylinder sleeves and custom connecting rods and pistons which push up the power output to a crazy 500hp.

Two customizations of the Hyundai Genesis were showcased, the first Genesis modification is by TJIN. It features a free flow exhaust, a supercharger, a blow-off valve and a turbo inter-cooler. All these features take the output way past 500hp. A custom body kit and a green paint job go extremely well together. The second Genesis, by ARK performance, named the Solus features a 4.0 liter V6 which produces 500 hp. Interiors are completely redesigned and now feature race bred steering wheel and gauges, carbon fibre bits and the exterior includes a wide body kit.

The Hyundai Tucson seemed to be the favourite of the lot with 3 individual customizations to this model alone!  The first one by JP motors namely the Adventure-Mobile  features a lifted suspension, pop up tent on the roof and brush guards. The second Tucson from the house of Bisimoto features a high boost turbo charger running on flex fuel which takes the peak power to a monstrous 700 hp from the model’s tiny 2.4 litre Theta 2 engine. The third Tucson from Rockstar is customized in a Baja style off road competition form, featuring 32 inch wheels, off-road tires and a huge 6 inch lift kit.
