Earlier it emerged that the Honda Mobilio India launch will happen in July this year (CLICK HERE to read our earlier story) and now, our friends at Autonetmagz, an Indonesian publication, have informed us about the Honda Mobilio RS price list in Indonesia. Along with the Honda Mobilio RS price details, we’ve also got a new batch of spy images of the soon-to-be-launched model. The Honda Mobilio RS gets some visual upgrades, that work together to bestow the MPV with a sporty appearance. Mechanically though, the car remains unchanged.
Visual upgrades that the Honda Mobilio RS comes equipped with include revised headlights with LED fixtures, a twin slat chrome grille, revised bumpers with diffusers, side skirts, new design alloy wheels and a boot mounted spoiler. Upgrades for the interiors, if any, aren’t yet known.
If these latest revelations are anything to go by, Honda will price the Mobilio RS at a starting price of 214 million Rupiah for the manual variant. The Honda Mobilio RS CVT variant will be priced at 225 million Rupiah on-road Indonesia. Compared to the Mobilio Prestige, which is the flagship Mobilio variant, the Mobilio RS will be would be costlier by 27 million Rupiah.
As we said above, the Honda Mobilio India launch will happen around this year and the MPV will be locally manufactured in our country. The Mobilio MPV will be produced at the car maker’s Tapukara facility and the Mobilio is likely to be sold in both automatic and diesel variants.
