Fiat India is organizing free check up camps for all its customers at its dealership. The Fiat India free National check up camp will begin at all of company’s exclusive dealerships for 2 days from 24th to 25th January. Fiat India is attributing this move to FIAT’s strategy to reach out to a wide base of its customers located across India and to reiterate its commitment to the Indian market. The camps will features additional discounts and a host of other services. The initiative is a part of FIAT Century Drive on achieving a milestone of 100 dealerships
FIAT excusive dealership executives will contact existing FIAT customers through text messages and e mails to inform them about the camps. The 2 day check up camp will be set up at all the FIAT workshops in 74 cities of the country. FIAT will provide an extensive 49 point check up for all FIAT customers with free top wash, 10% discount on labour, 10% discount on car parts to the customer for mechanical repairs and a healthy 10% discount on accessories & merchandise.
Speaking about the initiative, Mr. Nagesh Basavanhalli, President and Managing Director, FIAT Chrysler India Operations said, “FIAT India is rapidly taking strides to reach out to incumbent and prospective customers. The after sales check up camps are an effective way to connect with our existing customer base and our commitment towards them. Through the check up camps, we will replicate FIAT’s global standards in after sales service in India. This initiative is a part of “FIAT Century Drive” which marks the significance of a milestone achievement of 100 dealerships in just one year.”
