DSK Hyosung, the JV between Korean bike maker Hyosung and its Indian partner DSK Motowheels, today successfully completed its first year in the performance biking segment of Indian two wheelers market.
Keeping in mind the Indian market, strategic expansion plans and sales strategy were tailored made and executed during the first year of the JV.
DSK Hyosung offers products powered by engines ranging from 250cc to 700 cc in size. DSK Hyosung has a pan India presence with 26 showrooms and the company has effectively sold 1256+ bikes in major cities of India in the financial year 2012-2013. Along with Tier I cities of India, DSK Hyosung also has strong footprints in Tier II cities like Ludhiana, Dimapur and Raipur, again being the only super biking company to have such extensive network in India.
