We have been talking in detail about the VW Cross Up! and now, here we have a car that has a name that might, well, cheer you up.
Christened as the new VW Cheer Up!, the latest variant in the Up! line up is a feature laden Up! city car that has been launched at a pocket friendly price.
The list of goodies on the VW Cheer Up! includes – Anthracite 15-inch alloy wheels, matching colour for the ORVMs, Galvano gray side moldings, Chrome-trim on the front fog lamps, new pattern for the seats, RCD 215 radio/MP3 compatible CD player and chrome inserts around aircon vents, radio and instrument cluster
Engine options for the new Volkswagen Cheer Up! include all the motors that power the standard Up! This means that the car can be bought with either a 60/75 hp petrol engine or a 67 hp natural gas powered motor.
Speaking of the prices, the VW Up! Cheer Up! starts at €11,825, which is a full €895 less than the equally loaded standard model.
While Up! test mules have been spotted in India on a couple of occasions, VW India hasn’t been too vocal about its plans to launch the Up! in Indian market.
