Men just can’t get enough of power. The more power you give them, the more they desire. Based in Hanseatic City of Hamburg, DD customs were approached by one such performance hungry customer who brought them his 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS with a few conversion requests.
A standard Chevrolet Camaro SS, with its 6.2-litre V8 engine churns out 418 bhp of power and 569Nm of torque. But with the addition of a K&N air filter system, a two-inch fan manifold and two 200-cell race catalyzers together with a quad exhaust system featuring flap control enable this custom made Camaro SS make 467 bhp of power and 609Nm of power. DD Customs did grandiose work in the development of the special exhaust system.
The engineers from DD Customs also installed a KW Variant 1 suspension and massive 22-inch alloy wheels wrapped around in 265/30 ZR22 front and 305/25 ZR22 rear tires. To improve output on the front axle, the Hamburg company developed a front spoiler lip of carbon fibre that is attached below the serial bumper. The carbon cowl is also produced in-house. DD Customs also integrated a custom made carbon rear diffuser into the car’s tail.
The result was a one off Chevrolet Camaro SS with a lot more output, 22-inch aluminium wheel rims and an incredibly loud exhaust system. Checkout the image gallery and share your thoughts on this one off, custom made Camaro SS.
