Only minutes ago, we reported that both Hyosung Aquila 250 India launch and Hyosung GD250N India debut will happen at Auto Expo 2014. And now, the good folks at DSK Hyosung have informed us that even the Hyosung RD125D India debut will take place at the fast approaching motor show. While it is almost for sure that the Hyosung GD250N India launch will happen some time after the Expo, the Korean manufacturer hasn’t yet decided if it wants to launch the RT125D in Indian Two Wheelers market. The reason behind it showcasing the bike at Expo is that the motor show will help the manufacturer gauge public’s reaction to this bike. This will help the bike maker to ascertain if launching the RT125D in India would be feasible.
As can be seen in the images, the Hyosung RT125D is a dual-purpose on/off road bike and looks the part. Powering this motorcycle is a 124cc, single cylinder, air cooled engine that has a max power of 13.5PS . It may be noted that this power figure makes the RT125D significantly more potent than most of the 125cc bikes being sold in India currently. The RT125D is built around a cradle type frame and boasts of offset telescopic forks upfront and a mono-shock at the rear. Hyosung RT125D price in India will be decided only after the bike maker has gauged the expectations of public.
