Italian supercar maker Lamborghini has finally revealed the Veneno Roadster and as with the coupe variant, will be produced only in limited numbers. However, while Lamborghini made only three copies of the Veneno coupe, the production of the roadster will be limited to nine units. The new Lamborghini Veneno Roadster can be bought in bespoke Rosso Veneno paint option and will set you back by approx INR 32.6 crores apiece.
The new Lamborghini Veneno Roadster is powered by the same 6.5-litre V12 engine that powers the coupe. The motor sits right behind the driver and passenger and bestows the car with 740bhp of max power. The motor is mated to a sequential manual gearbox, which transfers power to all four wheels. The Veneno Roadster, akin to the coupe, benefits from Aventador’s pushrod suspension and horizontal spring/damper units. The car has a 0-100 kmph time of just 2.9 seconds and has a top whack of 354 kmph. We really can’t help but envy the lucky few who will sample this piece of automotive porn.
