Sales numbers for the month of December from car makers have started to flood in and the initial numbers are positive. Nissan Motor India, a 100% subsidiary of Nissan Motor Japan, reported its sales in India for the Month of December. The car maker sold 3,158 vehicles in the month of December 2014, an increase of 23.3% versus 2,561 units a year earlier. The company registered sales of 35,047 units so far in FY14, marking a growth of 45.5% over the same period last year.
