An official teaser, released by Bajaj, indicates that the Indian two-wheeler will badge its upcoming fully-faired Pulsar RS200 and NOT as 200SS. The news has been confirmed by official Bajaj showrooms in the city. Bajaj also claims that this upcoming motorcycle will be the fastest Pulsar yet. In fact, some dealers have already begun bookings process for this upcoming motorcycle at Rs 5,000 while the official prices are said to be revealed in next one week. The dealer also pointed out that the 400cc variant of the Pulsar will arrive with the SS badge.
The chances of Bajaj making any mechanical changes to the engine remain very low and we expect to see the same power plant that performs the duty on the Pulsar 200 NS. The 199.5cc, single cylinder three spark liquid cooled motor cranks out 24.4 PS of power at 9500 rpm and 18.6 Nm of torque at 8000 RPM.
Bajaj plans to reveal as many as six models in the coming months and we can already see the list completing. The upcoming models would comprise of:
- Bajaj Pulsar 150NS
- Bajaj Pulsar 150AS
- Bajaj Pulsar RS200
- Bajaj Pulsar 200AS
- Bajaj Pulsar 400SS
- Bajaj Pulsar 400CS

Waiting for Yamaha R25/R3. Waiting for Pulsars anymore is waste of money and time. The quality and the service of Bajaj is not the same anymore as it was at the time of calibers.
