Bajaj Pulsar 150 Neon Now Comes With ABS

Bajaj has added ABS to the feature list of most of the models in the Pulsar family. The latest member of the Pulsar range to get ABS is the new Pulsar 150 Neon edition. This additional safety feature has been added following the upcoming government mandate which enforces all bike manufacturers to provide ABS for bikes of more than 125 cc capacity. For 2-wheelers with a capacity of less than 125 cc, manufacturers must provide a combi brake system as standard. The Pulsar 150 Neon now complies with this new norm and is available across all dealerships across the country. For this additional safety aid, Bajaj demands a premium of INR 1,940. The safer Pulsar 150 Neon is now priced at INR 67,386.

Apart from the addition of ABS, no other change has been done to the motorcycle. The bike now comes with a single channel ABS module, governing the front brake and preventing it from slipping. The motorcycle also comes with a rear wheel lift mitigation system, which further improves rider safety. The Pulsar 150 Neon comes with a 240 mm disc in the front and a 130 mm drum at the rear. The brakes are fixed to the 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends. The front wheel comes wrapped in a 90/90 section tyre while a 100/90 section tyre does the job at the rear.
