Toyota India has silently introduced the 2018 version of the Camry Hybrid in the country, with prices starting at INR 37.22 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). In its 2018 Avatar, the Camry Hybrid receives a few changes to the interior and a new features over its predecessor.
Updates to the interior of the 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid includes an updated touchscreen infotainment system with USB, Aux-In and Bluetooth technology, paired to a 12 speaker music system. The model is now equipped with new tan upholstery and faux wood trim for the dashboard, centre console, arm rest and steering wheel. The four spoke steering wheel seen in the previous version makes way for a three spoke unit. A few other highlights of the interior which have been carried over from the 2017 model include three zone climate control, Heads-Up Display (HUD), wireless charging, ventilated front seats and electrically reclining rear seats.

There have been no changes to the exterior of the 2018 Camry has hence the model continues to offer features such as a chrome grille with LED headlamps on either side, LED fog lamps, 17 inch alloy wheels, wraparound tail lights and a chrome garnish on the boot lid. Safety features of the model too, remain unchanged and hence, includes ABS with EBD and brake assist, nine airbags, Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Hill Start Assist (HSA), ISOFIX child safety mounts and Electronically Controlled Brake system (ECB).
Under the hood of the 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid is the same 2.5-litre, four cylinder petrol engine. This engine produces 159 hp and 213 Nm of torque assisted by an electric motor that produces 142 hp and 270 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to an E-CVT transmission. Toyota offers two drive modes on the model including Eco and EV.
