The Volkswagen Vento Highline Plus edition has been launched in India, with prices starting from INR 9.7 lakh for the petrol variant and INR 10.98 lakh for the diesel variant (ex-showroom Mumbai). Features exclusive to the Highline Plus include cruise control, exclusive ‘Vento’ Scuff Plates, ‘Vento’ floor mats, detachable window blinds, electrically fold-able mirrors and a Blaupunkt touch-screen multimedia system with navigation hosted in a carbon fibre finished centre console.
On the outside, the new Volkswagen Vento Highline Plus gets carbon fibre finished wrapping on the roof and mirror caps, along with a black side moulding. Mechanically, the new Vento Highline Plus will remain unchanged, which means that the familiar 1.6-litre petrol engine and 1.5-litre diesel engines will be on offer. VW India is also offering exchange benefits of up to INR 20,000 and loyality bonus of up to INR 20,000 on the Vento Highline Plus.
