Yes you read the title right ! We don’t have much details as to what really happened here, but it is very scary to imagine a bike coming in your path in this manner. The incident happened after the 2014 Pikes Peak International HillClimb yesterday.

In this video, a couple of riders are enjoying the twisties when suddenly a bike falls from above onto the road. The bike directly comes into the path of a rider who fails to avoid it and suffers a fall. Although the rider isn’t hurt thanks to his speed being not high, he was surely lucky enough to not go down the right side which has a good drop. On seeing the bike come onto the road, this rider tried to brake and come to a halt, but couldn’t stop in time to avoid the bike.
The biker seems pissed off ( who wouldn’t ?) with himself not being able to stop in time. What do you think was the cause of the bike falling from above ? Do let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
