The Bajaj Dominar (a.k.a Kratos/VS400/CS400) has reached the production line and the two-wheeler maker shared the first images of the motorcycle from its plant. Bajaj Auto also confirmed that the motorcycle will arrive in mid-December 2016. While we wait for that, a fan made trailer of the motorcycle caught out attention and it looks interesting. Well, the video maker did not get the date right and the motorcycle will arrive in mid-December 2016. Once launched, it will be the biggest and most powerful motorcycle from the two-wheeler maker. The Company has still remained tight-lipped about the name of the motorcycle so until we hear an official statement, we’d stick to the “Dominar” tag.

As reported before, the upcoming motorcycle will draw power from a 373cc liquid cooled single cylinder motor that will be tuned to produce 35 hp of power at 8000 rpm. The engine will come mated to a six-speed transmission. Feature list includes full LED headlamps (a first for an Indian motorcycle), ABS (likely to be an optional feature), a fully digital instrument cluster and a mono shock suspension at the rear. It is expected to be launched with a price tag of INR 1.5 – 1.8 lakh.
