The India bound 2017 Hyundai Elantra was officially unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show last year and garnered a lot of whistles and cheers upon its showcase. This year, in February, the sedan was spotted doing rounds in Tamil Nadu, India during a public road test. Following its appearance in India, the Hyundai Elantra was again spotted in action, only this time while rescuing a team of astronauts from a pouring meteor shower. Hyundai has made an advertisement video of their new Elantra to showcase the sedan’s bold and brave character. In order to do that, the makers of the video have gone a bit far in exaggerating the character. The Hyundai Elantra is shown to be driven by an un-bold guy who suddenly gets an adrenaline rush of bravery when he hears news of a space shuttle, carrying a team of astronauts, crashing into a nearby site. The Elantra driver spins the car off road and heads to rescue them without hesitating. He successfully gets the astronauts into his Elantra and skilfully drives through a meteor shower without breaking a sweat.
