Let’s face it, not all motorcycles are easy to get out from the parking when you’re pulling backward. I’d be honest, I’ve had a tough time on motorcycles like the Triumph Tiger 800 XCa, and the Ducati Multistrada 1200 Enduro and I could not pray enough for a reverse gear on such massive machines.
Reverse gear on a motorcycle isn’t something unheard of but it’s available only on select motorcycles, like a Honda Goldwing. But Jagdish Rawal has brought the feature on a Royal Enfield motorcycle and going by the videos, it works pretty well. Check it out in the video below (Courtesy: MotoMahal)
It’ll surely add convenience while getting out of the parking, maybe even while tackling the rough terrain of Leh-Ladakh. What do you think of the custom feature? Let us know your views through the comments section below.
That’s a great innovation for that modern “Vintage”.RE should appoint Jagdish Rawal as Chief of R&D RE and fire those old ones who worked with paint brush as updates and innovation.
