Only yesterday, Chevrolet managed to accidentally reveal the power figures of the upcoming 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. Here is what Google quoted the brand’s official website in a snippet preview:
“With 620 horsepower and 650 lb.-ft. of torque, the 2015 Corvette Z06 is the most advanced Corvette ever made. Read more about Chevy’s supercar here.”
Now, thanks to this pic here, it has emerged that the upcoming model’s V8 will be forced-fed by a supercharger!
It may be noted that the supercharged V8 motor of the upcoming 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 belts out as much as 115hp more than the outgoing Z06’s naturally-aspirated 7.0-liter V8 unit. The supercharged 7.2 litre motor has a max power output of 620 horsepower and peak torque of 650 lb.-ft.
