Audi revealed the cabin of the upcoming 2015 Audi TT at the ongoing Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas yesterday, Audi revealed the cockpit of the 2015 TT and confirmed that the next gen TT would go on sale this year itself.

The upcoming TT’s cabin has been explained as “puristic, sporty and fully focused on the driver” and the cockput sports a new dashboard that features the instrument cluster and infotainment screen on one display unit behind the steering wheel.

It can be seen that the upcoming 2015 Audi TT, in a fashion that is typical of current day Audis, would feature a multi-function flat-bottomed steering wheel. Also, the air vents of the next gen TT have a jet turbine-like shape and allow the nearest occupant to set temperature of a particular vent as per his liking. The car gets sport seats, which have pneumatically adjustable side bolsters and integrated headrests.

The 2015 Audi TT interior components that are on display at the CES 2014 show that the car has a 6-speed manual transmission and an updated MMI interface that recognizes hand gestures.

Talking about the gizmos and features of the upcoming 2015 Audi TT’s cabin, Prof. Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg, Member of the Board of Management of AUDI AG for Technical Development, has said,“The first Audi TT was the design icon per se, the second generation was even sportier, right through to the TT RS plus with its five-cylinder TFSI and 360 hp. And with the new Audi TT, the driver will be able to experience the technology to an even greater extent – just as would be expected from a genuine sports car. And it comes with a new generation of electronics and connectivity features.”
