One of the renowned bikemakers, Triumph has launched the new Street Triple range in India. The range comprises the 2023 Street Triple 765R priced at Rs 10.17 Lakhs Ex-showroom. However, the 2023 Street Triple 765RS is priced at Rs. 11.81 Lakhs Ex-showroom.

Tweaks in the Triumph Street Triple Range
The Triumph has tweaked the aesthetics of its updated Street Triple range with sharper looks. The Street Triple 765 range gets twin-pod LED headlights and DRLs inspired by the 1200RS. Furthermore, the manufacturer has revised the bodywork of the range resulting in aggressive aesthetics.
The bike features a large 15-liter fuel tank, a gullwing swingarm, and new radiator cowls. However, the aesthetics of the RS variant are differentiated by body-colored belly pan, seat-cowl at pillion seat, and lower chain guard.
Features of the updated Triumph Street Triple Range
The Triumph has updated the Street Triple Range with plenty of new features onboard. The features list of the 765RS variant includes cornering ABS, lean-sensitive traction control, linked braking, and a wheelie control system. The bike also gets riding modes like Road, Rain, Sport, Track, and Rider.
Meanwhile, the 765R features only 4 driving modes including Road, Rain, Sport, and Track. Moreover, the 765R gets LCD Display whereas the RS gets a TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity. While the 765RS even boasts a lap timer and cruise control.

The Powertrain Set-up
The 2023 Triumph Street Triple range boasts a powerful 765 cc in-line three-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. In the Street Triple R model, the engine churns an impressive 118.4 bhp at 11,500 rpm and 80 Nm of peak torque at 9,500 rpm. This model comes with a 6-speed gearbox and features an assist and slipper clutch, along with a bidirectional quick-shifter.
On the other hand, the Street Triple RS variant offers even more power, generating 128.2 bhp at 12,000 rpm and 80 Nm of peak torque at 9,500 rpm.
The Suspension Set-up
The 2023 Triumph Street Triple RS is equipped with high-quality components to enhance its handling and performance. It features 41 mm Showa USD Big Piston Forks (BPF) at the front and an Ohlins STX40 piggyback reservoir mono-shock at the rear. The Braking power is provided by twin 310 mm floating discs with Brembo Stylema four-piston radial monobloc calipers at the front. A 220 mm single disc at the rear is provided by the manufacturer.
On the other hand, the Street Triple R model comes with Showa 41 mm separate function forks at the front. And a Showa piggyback reservoir mono-shock at the rear is provided for the best handling and performance. The braking system consists of twin 310 mm front discs with Brembo M4.32 four-piston radial calipers and a 220 mm rear disc.
Pricing, Colours, and the Competition
The Triumph has priced the Street Triple 765R at Rs 10.17 Lakhs and the Street Triple 765RS at Rs. 11.81 Lakhs Ex-showroom. Moreover, the updated Street Triple range is available in colors like Silver, Ice, Crystal White, Cosmic Yellow, and Carnival Red. In the middleweight segment, the new Triumph Street Triple R and RS will face competition from notable motorcycles like the Ducati Monster, Kawasaki Z900, Ducati Streetfighter V2, BMW F 900 R, and similar models.
