A new set of spy pics of the upcoming Toyota Yaris facelift has surface on the cyber space. These pics were taken at a secret testing location somewhere in Europe.
It may be noted that the boffins at Toyota have been working on the Yaris facelift since sometime now and while no one really complained that the Yaris looked dated and warrants a facelift, Toyota seems to feel otherwise and plan to launch a comprehensively updated Yaris sometime in early 2014.
While the test mule you see in the couple of pics here boasts of a full body camouflage, expect the visual changes to be limited to front fascia and probably the tail-end. It is being expected that other than a slightly revised set of taillights, the Yaris would get a new set of headlamps, new bumpers and little else. Interiors too are expected to remain largely unchanged and would only get an upholstery change and new buttons/knobs for the centre console.
The Toyota Yaris facelift will be launched with an aim to keep the buzz around the hatchback, until the advent of the new generation model sometime in 2015.
Stay tuned to Motoroids for more updates on the Yaris facelift.
