Tata Harrier Black

This Wrapped Tata Harrier Is Aptly Named Black Mamba

As we all know, the Tata Harrier has proved its potential in the Indian market. The Harrier is now Tata’s most loved model, ever since it was first displayed in its concept form, the H5X at the Auto Expo. Finally, after going on sale, the production vehicle is still quite identical to its concept version, which really surprised everyone. But there is one thing the customers still expect from this SUV and that is, a simple black paint scheme, to make the car look more bold and classy.

As seen in the above video, the Harrier has a fearless and tough design, which proves that the car could look even more daring in a Black paint scheme. But unfortunately, Tata doesn’t produce the Harrier in Black. Which is why the owner of this Harrier, decided to cover every panel on the exterior with a Black Satin Wrap, made by Avery Dennison, which is a company famous for wrapping films that combine colour, texture, and clear protective layers, providing a smooth, paint-like finish that’s both durable and attractive.

The company-fitted 5-spoke alloy wheels are also painted black to match with the car’s new overall look. As the Harrier’s design is based on the IMPACT 2.0 design philosophy, it is the first car to be sold in India with split headlamps that include an LED DRL design. The side of the car looks neat, as the floating roof design and the beautiful smoked tail lamps, enhance the sporty appeal of this SUV.

The Matte Black Wrap, not only makes the Harrier look unique but also gives it a sturdy and brave stance. The Wrap costs around Rs 50,000 and the service charge might be a bit more. In terms of engine and performance, this Harrier is powered by the same 2-litre KRYOTEC engine, which produces 140 HP and 350 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. With prices ranging from INR 12.69 Lakh to INR 16.25 Lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai), the Harrier proves to be an affordable SUV with premium features.
