Tata Motors has launched a new XT variant of the Tiago NRG at ₹6.42 lakh. Introduced as a part of the Tiago NRG’s first anniversary, this variant sits below the top-end XZ variant. The Tiago NRG contributes about 15% to the Tiago petrol sales. Apart from this, Tata has also updated Tiago’s XT variant with more features. Let’s take a look at what’s new in these variants:

The new Tiago NRG XT variant comes with new 14” Hyperstyle wheels, a 3.5” infotainment system, steering mounted audio controls, height adjustable driver’s seat, and front fog lamps. Other than this, the Tiago NRG XT continues to offer 181 mm of ground clearance, black cladding all-around, an infinity black roof with roof rails, and charcoal black interiors. The Tiago NRG is powered by a familiar 1.2L Revotron petrol engine that produces 86 PS power and 113 Nm torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual or an AMT.
Tata has also updated the Tiago XT with more features such as 14” Hyperstyle wheels, a height adjustable driver’s seat, and a rear parcel shelf. These features will be available across the entire XT range including, XTA and XT iCNG. The company has also introduced an optional Rhythm pack for the Tiago XT petrol variant that includes features such as a 7″ touchscreen infotainment system, rear camera, and 4 tweeters. The Rhythm pack can be obtained by paying an additional cost of ₹30,000 over the new XT trim. The XT variant also gets the option of a new Midnight Plum color which was previously limited to the top-end variants.
