Tata Motors Extends Its Emergency Service Support For The Cyclone-Hit Areas Of Odisha

Recently, the Cyclone Fani had created a lot of havoc, in the otherwise peaceful state of Odisha. These affected areas are in a state of panic and all the vehicles have been heavily damaged. But, Tata’s Passenger Vehicle Business Unit (PVBU) have now announced that they will provide full-service support to all the Tata Motors’ vehicles that might have been damaged as a result of this unexpected natural calamity in the state. Customers from these affected areas can contact Tata Motors’ Roadside Assistance for emergency support on 1800 209 7979 to get their vehicle towed and serviced at the nearest Tata Motors Authorized Service Centre.

All of Tata Motors’ channel partners are currently on high alert would be available to assist all the affected customers in the state of Odisha. To show their support towards the state of Odisha, Tata Motors is offering various services and discounts to its customers affected by the Cyclone. Some of these offers include a 50% discount on spare parts and labour, a 50% discount on customer liability and free towing service. This initiative by Tata is not only a sweet gesture but also a genuine one.

All these affected vehicles will be towed to the nearest Tata Motors Authorized Service Centre or Workshop. A bunch of exclusive towing trucks will be provided until the situation improves. The towing services will be carried out with the help of Tata’s associate, TVS Auto-Assist. Additionally, Tata has also made sure the availability of special call centre executives who are fluent in the regional language to be available at all times for seamless and uninterrupted communication.
